Our service promise

A Technician On Site Within One Business Day. Usually the Same Day.

A coffee machine that's down is more than a small annoyance. People leave the building for a coffee run, meetings start late, and the break room stops being the place your team takes a breather. That's why fast service sits at the centre of how Beancraft works.

Typically

The same day

Call or text us during business hours and most service calls get a technician on site that same day. A jammed grinder, an empty canister or an error on the screen usually won't have to wait until tomorrow.

Always

On site within one business day

Every service call gets a technician on site within one business day. If we can't get there the day you call, we're there the next business day. No request sits in a queue waiting for someone to notice it.

How business hours fit in

Our service hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and we're not available on holidays. A call or text made during those hours usually gets a technician on site the same day, and always by the end of the next business day. Calls and texts made after hours, on a weekend or on a holiday are handled the next business day. For example, a message left on Friday evening is handled on Monday.

Small issues count too. You don't need a full breakdown to call or text us. A drink that tastes off, a setting your team keeps asking about, or supplies running low sooner than expected are all worth a call, and they get the same quick response as a machine that won't pour.

Why we can move this fast

  • We're local

Beancraft is a small, locally owned business in Edmonton, and the person you talk to knows your account.

  • We know our machines

We service only the machines we place. By the time we walk in, we already know the model, how it's set up and the history of your account.

  • We learn your pace

Each machine keeps a count of the drinks it pours, and our technician checks it at every visit. Over time we learn how quickly your team goes through coffee, so we can time our visits to keep the machine stocked and always ready for your favourite hot drink.

How a Service Call Works

No ticket portal and no phone tree. Here's what happens from the moment you let us know something isn't right.

  1. Tell us what's going on

Call or text 780-906-2988 (send a text), or email beancraftinc@gmail.com. A quick description is plenty: which machine, what it's doing and anything shown on the screen.

  2. We confirm and set a time

We confirm that we have your request and tell you when the technician will arrive. Most calls get a technician on site the same day, and every call gets one within one business day.

  3. A technician takes care of it

The technician comes to your workplace, finds the cause and fixes it, and repairs are always at no charge. If a machine can't be fixed on the spot, we replace it promptly, so your team isn't left without coffee.

  4. We follow up

Once the machine is running again, we check back to make sure the drinks taste right and the fix held. If anything still seems off, we come back.

Scheduled visits keep breakdowns rare

Between service calls, our scheduled visits do most of the work. Cleaning, restocking and preventative maintenance happen on a regular schedule, so the machine is looked after before anyone has to pick up the phone. Visits are usually weekly, more or less often depending on how much your team drinks.

Helpful to mention when you call or text

  • Where the machine is in your building
  • What happened, and when it started
  • Any message or error shown on the screen
  • The best person to contact on site

Not sure what's wrong? That's fine. Figuring it out is our job.

What's Included in Beancraft Coffee Service

Fast repairs matter, but the best service call is the one you never have to make. Every Beancraft placement comes with the same full service, whatever the size of your team.

  • Delivery and installation

We bring the machine, set it up and show your team how to use it. There's no charge for delivery or installation.

  • First water-line hookup, free

Your first plumbing hookup is included at no charge. We connect the machine to a water line, so nobody has to keep refilling a tank.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing

On our scheduled visits we clean and sanitize the machine, so every drink tastes the way it should.

  • Preventative maintenance

Routine checks catch worn parts and small problems early, before they turn into an out-of-order sign on a Monday morning.

  • Repairs at no charge

All repairs are free. If something goes wrong, call or text us: most calls get a technician on site the same day, and every call gets one within one business day. If a machine can't be fixed on site, we replace it promptly.

  • Refills and supply ordering

We keep beans, VIM skim milk powder, chocolate and the other ingredients topped up. Nobody on your team has to track inventory or place an order.

What that means for your team

  • Nobody becomes the coffee person

No one on staff has to descale a machine, order supplies or chase a repair. We handle all of it.

  • Fewer trips out for coffee

When the machine in the break room works and the coffee is good, people don't need to leave the building for a decent cup.

  • No pods piling up

Bean-to-cup machines grind whole beans for each drink, so there are no capsules to throw in the garbage.

  • Costs that follow real use

You pay for the cups your team drinks, with a monthly minimum. There's nothing to buy up front and no repair bills.

One point of contact for all of it. Call or text 780-906-2988, and you reach someone who knows your account and can get your machine looked after quickly.

Italian Bean-to-Cup Machines, Sized to Your Break Room

Every Beancraft machine is Italian-made and grinds whole beans fresh for each drink, from espresso and Americanos to lattes and hot chocolate. The three models differ mainly in how many drinks they pour between refills.

  • 125 Touch

    About 110 drinks per refill

A good fit where coffee demand is steady but modest, like a smaller office or a reception area.

  • 350 Touch

    About 150 drinks per refill

A step up for busier break rooms where people are pouring coffee through the whole day.

  • 550 Touch

    About 243 drinks per refill

Our highest-capacity model, for large teams, shift work and high-traffic spaces.

Not sure which size fits? The free trial helps answer that. We place a machine, see how many drinks your team actually pours, and recommend the model that keeps up without constant refills. Milk-based drinks are made with VIM skim milk powder, so there's no fresh milk to spoil in the fridge and no carton to run out of mid-morning. Whichever model you choose, the service is the same: the same scheduled visits, the same restocking and the same on-site response when you call or text.

Beans From Peru, Locally Roasted

Fast service only matters if the coffee is worth drinking. Beancraft's house beans are top-quality beans from Peru, locally roasted.

Every machine grinds those whole beans the moment someone taps a drink, so each espresso, Americano or latte starts from freshly ground coffee instead of a pod or a pot that's been sitting on a burner since the morning.

Prefer something else? If you'd like a different bean, we'll look at it with you and let you know if it changes the price.

Simple Terms That Keep Us Honest

Beancraft service runs on a month-to-month agreement with no cancellation fees. There's no equipment to buy, and there's no charge for delivery, installation, the first plumbing hookup, routine servicing or repairs. You pay for the cups your team drinks, with a monthly minimum, and your estimate is based on your real usage during the free trial.

We like it this way because it keeps the incentives where they belong. We don't lock you in, so we have to keep earning your business every month. Answering quickly, and getting a technician on site the same day whenever we can, is a big part of how we do that.

Not ready to commit? Start with a free trial. We set up a machine at your workplace, your team uses it, and you decide afterward whether to continue.
