Our coffee
Beancraft's house beans are top-quality beans from Peru, locally roasted. Every Beancraft machine grinds them the moment someone taps a drink, so your team gets café-style espresso, lattes and Americanos made from freshly ground coffee, not a pod or a pot that's been sitting on a burner since the morning.

The beans
Office coffee has a reputation for being something people put up with. It doesn't have to be. Good workplace coffee starts with good beans, and it stays good when those beans are ground fresh and the machine is looked after properly. That's the whole idea behind Beancraft.
Our house bean
Beancraft's house beans are top-quality beans from Peru, locally roasted. They're picked to taste good as a straight espresso and in milk drinks, so the same beans work for the person who takes it black and the person who wants a flavoured latte.
Always whole bean
We load your machine with whole beans, never pre-ground coffee. The grinder only goes to work when someone chooses a drink, which keeps each cup tasting fresh from the first espresso of the morning to the last one of the afternoon.
If you'd like a different bean, we'll look at it with you and let you know if it changes the price.
Most teams also have opinions about strength and style. We help you choose the drink lineup, then set the menu to match how your people take their coffee: strong or mild, black or foamy, sweet or plain.
When the coffee down the hall is good, people don't need to leave the building for a decent cup, and meetings don't wait on a coffee run.
We keep beans, VIM skim milk powder, chocolate and the other ingredients topped up. Nobody on your team has to track inventory or place an order.
Not everyone drinks coffee, so the menu also covers tea, chai and a proper hot chocolate.
Bean to cup
Every Beancraft machine is an Italian-made bean-to-cup machine. It does the barista's work in one step, right in your break room.
Pick from the touchscreen: an espresso, an Americano, a latte, a hot chocolate or anything else on your menu.
It grinds our house beans the moment you tap, so the coffee in your cup was a whole bean seconds earlier.
For cappuccinos and lattes, the machine froths milk on the spot using VIM skim milk powder, so there's no carton in the fridge to spoil or run out.
The drink pours straight into a mug, which we encourage, or a paper cup if you prefer. Spent grounds drop into a bin inside the machine for composting.
Ground coffee loses its aroma quickly. That's why a pot left on a burner or a bag of pre-ground coffee tastes flat by mid-morning. Grinding whole beans for each drink keeps that aroma in the cup.
Pod machines are quick to set up, but every drink leaves a used capsule behind. A bean-to-cup machine doesn't.
One machine covers the whole team: the espresso drinker, the latte crowd and the person who only ever wants a hot chocolate. Every machine has at least 12 drink options; the 350 Touch has 18 and the 550 Touch has 36. Here's what the menu can include.
Espresso, single or double, and Americano for the people who like their coffee strong and simple.
Cappuccinos and café lattes with milk frothed on the spot, including lattes in several flavours.
Mochaccino, plus flavours like English toffee, hazelnut, Swiss mocha and Irish cream.
For the non-coffee drinkers. The chocolate or vanilla and the milk are each whipped and heated on their own, then combined.
Chai tea and chai latte, English Breakfast and other teas, from the same machine.
Pumpkin spice and other seasonal flavours when the weather turns.
We set the menu to match how your people take their coffee: strong or mild, black or foamy, sweet or plain.
Change the menu whenever you like, or with the seasons, at no extra cost.
Standard mugs fit under the spout; extra-large travel mugs may not. We encourage mugs: less waste, and no waxed paper cup to affect the taste. Paper cups are available on request.
You pay for the cups your team drinks, with a monthly minimum. Prices vary by drink, mainly because the ingredients differ.
Curious about a drink that isn't listed? Call or text 780-906-2988 and ask. We'll tell you what the machine can do.
Milk and hot chocolate
Fresh milk is the weak spot of most office coffee setups. Someone has to buy it, someone forgets, and by Thursday the carton in the fridge is a gamble. Beancraft machines skip all of that.
Milk drinks are made with VIM instant skim milk powder, which is fat-free and made in Canada. The machine froths it on the spot for every cappuccino and latte, and we keep it stocked along with the beans.
Hot chocolate and French vanilla get the same care. The chocolate or vanilla and the milk are each whipped and heated on their own, then combined.
The best beans in the world won't help if the machine is dirty, empty or broken. That's why every Beancraft placement comes with full service, and why we move quickly when something isn't right.
On every visit a technician cleans and sanitizes the machine, so every drink tastes the way it should. Visits are usually weekly, more or less often depending on how much your team drinks.
Each machine keeps a count of the drinks it pours, and our technician checks it at every visit. Over time we learn how quickly your team goes through coffee, so we can time our visits to keep the machine stocked and always ready for your favourite hot drink.
Most calls get a technician on site the same day, and every call gets one within one business day. All repairs are free. If a machine can't be fixed on the spot, we replace it promptly.
We follow up after a repair to check the fix held. A drink that tastes off is worth a call too, and it gets the same quick response as a machine that won't pour. When you call, you reach someone who knows your account. Our service hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and we're not available on holidays. Calls made after hours, on a weekend or on a holiday are handled the next business day.
All three Beancraft machines are Italian-made and grind our house beans fresh for each drink. The difference is mostly how many drinks they make between refills, how many drink options they offer and how much room they need.
About 110 drinks per refill
Compact and tabletop, for teams under about 25 people, reception areas and waiting rooms. At least 12 drink options.
About 150 drinks per refill
On a counter or its own cabinet, for teams of 20 to 50, with a window that shows the whole beans in the hopper. 18 drink options.
About 243 drinks per refill
Our highest-capacity machine and widest drink menu, with 36 drink options, for 40+ people, shift work and busy public spaces.
Not sure which one fits? The free trial helps answer that. We place a machine, see how many drinks your team actually pours, and recommend the model that keeps up. There's no equipment to buy with any of them: we supply the machine, and you pay for the cups.
The easiest way to judge coffee is to drink it. With a free trial, we set up a machine at your workplace, your team uses it, and you decide afterward whether to continue. Trial usage also becomes the basis for your per-cup estimate, so the numbers reflect how your team really drinks coffee.
If you keep it, Beancraft service runs on a month-to-month agreement with no cancellation fees. There's no equipment to buy, and there's no charge for delivery, installation, the first plumbing hookup, routine servicing or repairs. You pay for the cups your team drinks, with a monthly minimum.

Good coffee shouldn't come with a bin full of packaging. With a bean-to-cup machine, there's very little to throw away:
It's one of the simplest ways to cut waste in a break room.
